TappedOut is not designed to host this many images on a single page - I cannot speak for desktop users, but the loading issues on mobile for your thread are horrendous
From Tooth and Claw to Viscera Seer, this is a deck that understands what it is trying to do and does so very nicely
Not to say this card wouldnt go in Mono-Blue or U/G Devotion simply for being good, but it might find a home in a more tempo-based shell like Jeskai Aggro or control shells that need an easy way to catch up on board
