It is always a bit awkward with these types of lands that make you choose a color, because sometimes you have to play it earlier and name the color of something you arent splashing, just cause you need a different color of mana, but this still looks like the kind of fixing that will help decks splash stuff I think this land is probably worth running in most decks despite only producing colorless mana at first
This isnt the only card to reward you for assembling a full party
You do have 19 targets to get to turn into creatures, which require them to be four or more mana to animate, so making your early land drops is crucial
I personally feel Sliver Overlord is the best of the bunch, but that's just me
