A Bronze 17th Century Rowel Spur - Spur363 sidesaddle This late 19th or earlyThis spur is made of bronze, it has a dark green patina. It has a star shaped revolving rowel which still turns. The rowel has eight sharp points. The neck has incised decoration and curves downwards. One heel band is broken, the other curved to accommodate the rider's ankle bone.
