Rook card game - 1920s NEW OCT 24 The pieces are contained withinThis is a vintage game of Rook called the "Dixie Rook Edition with the new game Over the Top and Dixie". It is a trick taking game that gained its patent in March 1910, but we believe this copy dates to the 1920s. Four players are organised into two teams of two players each, sitting opposite each other. Players must keep their hands secret from all other players, including their teammates. The object of the game is to be the first team to reach 300
