Based in Ouchamps, in the Oisly wine growing area, Benjamin immediately set to work on organic conversion for his 12ha estate, which breaks down to 10ha of Sauvignon Blanc and 2ha of Gamay and Pineau d'Aunis. His strong agricultural beliefs manifest into 3 fundamental
