Grapes are picked by hand, fermented with native yeasts using a mix of whole bunches and destemmed fruit, skin contact for ~10 days, then pressed and rested for nearly a year. What you get is the vibrant, light footed side of Poulsard: blood orange, red fruits, earth, and a touch of spice. Its juicy and refreshing but balanced enough not to feel simple theres a subtle structure
