Nielson, Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir Christmas Gift Selection Drinks very nicely well chilled

Drinks very nicely well chilled on its own of course

before being blended together to create this generous full-textured style

drizzled over an ice cream sundae

it was made with caramelised sugars - the producers have opted for the old fashioned route

Nielson, Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir Christmas Gift Selection Drinks very nicely well chilledOpen with a floral and mineral character typical of Santa Barbara. Classically varietal with wild strawberry fruit, firm bright acidity and a fresh gentle mineral finish. Truely stunning wine from the lovliest palce in California (in my opinion!!)
