La Casaccia di Franceschi San Leopoldo Cabernet Merlot 2018 Castello di Perno Dark berry and dark chocolateSan Leopoldo Cabernet Merlot, with Merlot and Cabernet grapes selected and harvested by hand, then vinified through a temperature controlled fermentation of 20 days in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. This is followed by a long period of ageing in oak barriques and then refinement in the bottle.
