EMPI Brand Steering Box, All Type 1 & 3 (Exc. Super Beetle) AA Performance Brand new set of 4Steering box for air cooled VW. This box attaches to your steering shaft and swings the pitman arm side to side. It's also responsible for a leverage change due to gearing. Worn steering boxes have tight and or loose spots and if you can turn your wheel and the wheels don't turn for 1 4 turn or more then it is time to replace. It is also a good idea to replace the steering box to shaft coupler as well. Does not fit Super Beetle. OEM Part#: 113 415
