Deya Blend Four Siegerrebe Saison Process: Pale wheat beer spontaneouslyOur latest mixed fermentation release is the fruit of a long collaborative process with the wonderful Chris from @astleyvineyard in Worcestershire. Blend 4 is a single blend refermented for four weeks on Bacchus pomace, Kerner pomace and Siegerrebe pomace to create three separate beers.
