From a soil profile which is 50% Triassic clay, 50% Bajocian limestone. Faintest whiff fino on the nose. The palate is tight & compact with salinity, lemon, lime & some background walnut notes & dried fig. This is proper Jura Chardonnay but also has some neighbouring Burgundian traits too.
