Neon base №4 13ml Queen Precision and consistency — clientCOLOR BASE 4 is an elastic base with pigment particles and glitter for coating and leveling nails. Features: Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement. High coverage level of the natural nail due to high pigmentation. Hypoallergenic and has a neutral odor. Cure time in the lamp is 120 seconds. Can be additionally heated to make the consistency even thinner. May provide minimal shrinkage during wear due to its elasticity.
