Peru Gedion Venero Grind:Medium-Coarse (Immersion) with clear notes of crispGedion Venero is a producer from the Inkawasi Valley in Cusco, a producing region of Peru where we plan to center more of our sourcing in the future and look forward to visiting later this year. This season, we purchased both a larger blender lot from Gedion as well as this smaller separated lot. Gedions farm, Ccoripaccha, sits at 2,260 masl and is cultivated primarily with SL 9, an Ethiopian Legacy variety, locally known as Inca Gesha, whose full
