It's not as heavy, biscuity, and bitter as its big brother the Classic IPA, and is much more sessionable, clean, and crisp. For even better results, combine with a can of KL35453 Black Rock Unhopped Light Malt Extract (1. 7kg), substitute the yeast out for a sachet of KL12751 LalBrew Premium Series BRY 97 Yeast (American West Coast Ale) and add 50 220g of your favourite aromatic hop variety. Dry
