Giaconda Nantua Shiraz 2017 Price_HK $750 + Medium to full bodyA cool late ripening season has delivered a delicately spiced shiraz with notes of cracked pepper, beetroot, red plums and olive tapenade. This wine is immediately appealing; the tannins are soft with perfectly balanced acidity that helps draw out the vibrant red fruit flavours. Very approachable in its youth, this will develop complex notes of sous bois with a few years bottle age.
