Leather that is tanned without the use of chrome and metals can get a lovely natural patina over time. The sandal has two adjustable velcro straps across the foot for a snug fit and to keep the foot from sliding. The outsole is made in rubber (10% recycled) with our signature moose design for good traction. The midsole is a soft rubber and cork mix that makes it
