Arak Sibaali upsell-wine embodying the rich heritage ofArak Sibaali is an artisanal Lebanese arak handcrafted in small batches by Toufic Cham Sons & Co., one of Lebanon's historic family distilleries established in 1937. Produced from locally grown grapes from the vineyards of Sebhel and blended with natural green aniseed, it is traditionally triple distilled in old copper alembics before being matured in special clay jars to develop exceptional smoothness and complexity. The result is an authentic
