Pepper, Cowhorn - 10lb Frying Rotonda Red Eggplants are friedCowhorn pepper from Dorr Farms. These are big peppers, but only medium heat. They look like giant cayennes, but are very different from them. Deliciously sweeter than a cayenne and with thicker flesh. These roast and fry really well, too. So give them a try while we have them available from one of our favorite local partner farms.
