Piezoelectric Extending Transducer (D220-H4BR-2513XE) Meta||Unit Cost @ Qty. x1||$176.00 This material provides a compromise

This material provides a compromise between PZT 5A and 5H

It also exhibits good performance as a resonant actuator

the piece expands along the axis of polarization (thickness direction) and contracts perpendicular to the axis of polarization (radial direction)

and bender force from tens to hundreds of grams

Please note that this data is to be used only as reference and that there is some variability from unit to unit

Piezoelectric Extending Transducer (D220-H4BR-2513XE) Meta||Unit Cost @ Qty. x1||$176.00 This material provides a compromiseA 2 layer element behaves like a single layer when both layers expand (or contract) together. If an electric field is applied which makes the element thinner, extension along the length and width results. Typically, only motion along one axis is utilized. Extender motion on the order of microns to tens of microns, and force from tens to hundreds of Newtons is typical.
