A workshop for anyone interested in deepening their relationship to community and activism. Somatic and embodiment practices will help us tune into our bodies to collect, think and feel what we are longing for. Well be invited to identify our roles in the world, and what we care about, grounded in our whole presence, in finding joy and play. Playful activities from mindful movement, journaling,
