Bodegas Ponce Gulp Hablo Verdejo - Sauvignon Blanc, 1L Mexico Proudly produced in BrooklynBodegas Ponce introduces their unique orange wine, Gulp Hablo Verdejo Sauvignon Blanc. It is a blend of equal parts Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc, a common combination in the region. The wine is made through a week of skin maceration, resulting in aromatics of orange blossom and tropical jackfruit, with hints of moderately tannic dried citrus peels, tea, and preserved apricots. This certified biodynamic wine is made using only native yeast fermentation
