COBAW RIDGE CHARDONNAY King Valley complemented by notes of candiedA crystalline, lime juice driven Chardonnay described as tight, mineral, and highly pure. It is unrefined and unfiltered, reflecting a "hands off" winemaking philosophy. Aromas: Lemon peel, stone fruit, orange blossom, and grapefruit with flinty, granitic undertones. Palate: Mid weighted with a bright line of acidity and a textural, "pithy" mouthfeel.
