When I watch a sunrise that's this perfect

This was my first successful study of the area

The paint I'm using is Gamblin artist oils along with Liquin impasto and I use primarily one brush

but at times it feels like light can speak to me

To me I see it as more opportunity to broaden the scope of what I do

When I do spot a moose, it almost always is unexpected and takes me by surprise. A bull moose steps out of the misty forest for a brief few seconds on this cool morning, giving us an extraordinary moment in time before he disappears in the far tree line.
