James Allerton [sic] 30th Foot) 1761 Corporal James Ollerton was awarded the DCM with a 10 pound gratuity for the Crimea. He served with the 30th Cambridgeshire Regiment of Foot. He was subsequently granted a commission in the Land Transport Corps. Records show Ollerton died in 1875.
