À L'Horizon 2022 Spirits home to a band ofPierre Gilles is looking to make what the French call a "gastronomic" wine, a Chenin Blanc with enough structure and elegance to pair with food. But there's also a lemon bright freshness that lifts the pallet and invites a second (or third) glass! Drinks great now with fish or heavy apritif fare, but you could easily lay it down for a year or so. Aged in oak barrels for eight months, without fining or filtration.
