Each Charge Well Terminal Block features internal brass threads with Ruthex heat set inserts (note the distinction), brass washers, thumb nuts, bolt insulating sleeves (for mounting on aluminum or carbon), and stainless steel bolts. Attach your wires from the altimeter to the bolts on the bottom side of your bulkhead and the e match using the thumb nuts, and you're ready to go. Provided
