I have drilled a hole in the Lodolite Quartz and added the little crescent moon inside using resin. The wire is solid sterling silver. A cord necklace is included, it is nylon and is adjustable roughly 18" 20". Please note that silver naturally darkens with age and if necessary may be cleaned to lighten it back up, a polishing pad is included with your order. The last photo shows back
