Esporao Defesa Red iconNV Cyril Payon oversees the productionIntense berry and red plum aromas, with some notes of fresh wood. The palate is rich and intense, with a vibrant texture. Nicely ripe fruit, good acidity with a long and balanced finish. Tasted on a camping trip. Slightly extravagent but was absolutely delicious with a juicy burger!
