Weinschwärmer 2023 Marius Bielle with ample acidity and aWeinschwrmer takes its name from the hawk moth that lives among the vines, one more creature from a range full of them. It is a blend of two neighbours, Grauburgunder and Riesling, grown side by side on limestone by the winery. The Grauburgunder is destemmed and left on its blue pink skins for about ten days, which gives the wine its reddish, textural cast and its ripe fruit.
