Minervois: Chateau Guery Les Eolides barcode 270426 The soils of the 66Tasting Notes Very beautiful and complex, this wine speaks of garrigue and candied fruits, the nose evoking blueberry tart. The very well balanced palate expresses itself with spice, rosemary and cistus with a touch of mocha and tonka bean. This aromatic depth is evident on the palate with a beautiful panache, framed by present tannins and tonic acidity, all well integrated. The finish leaves a tasty and velvety impression.
