The rear of the cap has an allen headed set screw to lock it down once in position to prevent theft. Top portion of the cap has a hole in it to accept the A 18354 CR or WR moto meters. Once in position, you simply give the upper portion of the cap a counter clockwise twist and the upper portion and the moto meter simply pivot back so you can check your fluids. Chrome plated. U. S.
