So, a quick analysis: for 1 mana, you can put this card into play, and it can be tapped to gain CC (two colorless mana)

Against faster aggressive matchups that put the Golgari deck on the back foot, Finality is going to provide a fantastic form of card advantage to catch back up on the battlefield

Especially Genesis

Id be very surprised to see this particular card turn up in a deck, considering its value, but you may well see one of its less extortionately priced versions in the wild

My guess is that Chromium is a little worse than average at the moment, since it has to compete with Torrential Gearhulk (still the better card, I think) at the top end and running any sort of seven-drop in a field dominated by red aggro seems a little suspect
