Below are all personal opinions and I would like to hear yours in the comments
Card Kingdom (Akihabara & Shibuya) Best for: Convenient locations, broad selection, multiple branches Card Kingdom has branches across Tokyo and a solid mix of singles and sealed products
It does this by simply shuffling the deck and checking the number of copies of the target card between indexes 7 and 13 in the deck list since it assumes we never have to redraw our hand
Then we could better support a bunch of Westvale Abbeys as our standoff-breakers, moving the mana to something like 4 Westvale Abbey and 18 Plains
This means that if you are able to get some +1 counters on it or it is being buffed by other cards then X could be pretty high and almost guarantees you a card draw each time
Being a lover of blink decks, I do love me a good ETB, and this card has a good one by exiling a non-fox creature until it leaves the battlefield with is notable and Ill get to in a second (though that might be more narrow when Bloomburrow gets released)
