Conclusion Magic: The Gathering cards can absolutely have value, but the market is not as simple as old equals expensive or mythic equals valuable. The cards that perform best usually combine scarcity, demand, condition, history, and collectability

Considering the sheer number of fantastic new Commanders and constructed staples in the set, this isnt at all surprising

But in decks with more flamboyant mana bases, its too unwieldy to rely upon consistently, especially if your deck lacks the smoothing effect of green

If the target permanent is an illegal target as Eject tries to resolve, it won't resolve and none of its effects will happen
