He also helps fuel the deck with the +1 ability letting you discard a card to draw more cards, and mill a card getting you things in your graveyard and keeping cards flowing

It's not Arcane so I left it out

For example, at the tournament, we decided to play two Portable Hole maindeck because it was the best removal against them, even though we knew it was going to be worse versus almost everything else
