Granted, you can do the same thing in Expanded today after your first turn using the combination of Jumpluff DRX, [ of Vitality) and Reuniclus, and nobody does it because, well, Expandeds power level is too high and gusting would tear the strategy to pieces, but it serves as an interesting theoretical exercise (And another justification for the late JustInBasil to ban Broken Time Space in the Eternal Format).
