Whereas currently Set boosters have 12 playable cards, and Draft boosters have 15, Play boosters will have 14

All around decent card, but I think it should probably come in at 3 mana

Of course, Flash also broke from a Dissension card, owing to its powerful interactions with Protean Hulk that dominated a Legacy Grand Prix before being turbo banned out of the format for good
