Theyre a slight step above commons in terms of visual flair, and while they arent particularly hard to get, they still mark key cards in many classic sets
While it doesnt go into the nitty-gritty of gameplay, so its not quite an easy, learn-to-play set, it functions well as a light-touch companion to more complex MTG gameplay
