I can't imagine this seeing any play anywhere, not even as a Control finisher

Even outside combos, its a reliable removal piece that keeps on coming back

Suffice it to say, drawing four cards a turn (even if three of them are guaranteed to be basic lands) would be classified quite clearly under "broken." 4

Then theres of course stuff like Faiths Fetters or Bound in Gold that deal with whatever permanent for a little higher cost than Planar Disruption

I think this card is great as far as rats go
