I really like this mechanic, and it makes for some especially fun interactions when youve got multiple copies of a legendary card in your hand, as well as some truly great commanders

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a time counter on As Foretold.Once each turn, you may pay rather than pay the mana cost for a spell you cast with mana value X or less, where X is the number of time counters on As Foretold.

I didn't realize how good of a card this was until it was used against me
