Unfortunately, there's nothing Chien-Pao can do to escape the difficult down period it's currently stuck in, as this card once sat well above $12, only for it to fall to the $8.74 mark before beginning the rally that sees it slowly inching back up toward the double digits

In an Amber-focused deck where overwhelming the enemy with cards is a priority, this one is annoying to deal with in a way that other one-drop cards just can't claim
The spinner will set the rules on which data point is important (HP, Pokdex number, weight, etc.), and then a flip of the coin decides whether the highest or lowest number wins the match
But overall this card is average and could contribute to a deck if need be
Allow 2-4 months for a complete condition-matched master set, with the Eeveelution Secret Rares potentially being the longest individual sourcing challenge
