It wasnt enough that any deck could theoretically run Mewtwo-EXalthough decks that utilized Energy acceleration and maneuvering worked with it bestbut most decks had to in order to hit it for its Psychic weakness and take it out in one hit
Stardust Dragon Assault Mode If youve got a Stardust Dragon on the field and want to make it just that little bit scarier, put it in Assault Mode
A lot of discard outlets double up as card quality or something else but you would want at least 4, likely closer to 6 in your list if you are relying on it to enable your stuff
