Menace, Ward, and Haste do mean you'll get this trigger pretty much every time you play Kylox, and there might be some decks that can get there without, but I don't think most will

Its like Scute Swarm but it exiles creature cards from graveyards

Empty is heavily played in casual town and is arguably the most played storm card in print

I wouldnt mind snagging a beat-up original copy from Arabian Nights for the deck at some point
