Moving to a location is a change of state for your characters, it doesnt require them to be ready and it doesnt matter if their ink is drying, as long as its your turn and you have the ink to do so, you can move a character to any location you control
This version of Scrooge (which can be played to the table alongside the other at the same time) lets you play an item card for free each time it banishes an opponents card
So you get plenty of positives no matter the situation you are put in
This can save you money as you work towards more competitive play

When this character quests, not only does the player collect 2 Lore points, but they then choose an opposing character to lose 4 Strength and one of their own characters to gain 4 Strength on that turn
