I could definitely see the value in running 1 to 2 mainly because of how much harder it makes it to remove a Sengir Vampire or deal with it in combat, but I chose to omit them because they are expensive, I dont own them, and they dont seem necessary
On top of that, its also very powerful, which is the ideal combination as far as Im concerned
Its worth mentioning The Lost Cavern of Ixalans Explorers of the Deep Commander Precon, which cares quite about Merfolk and +1/+1 counters but if you arent fussed about budget, Universes Beyond: Warhammer 40,000s Necron Dynasties is an incredibly strong Commander Precon, especially if youre a fan of the Games Workshop franchise (or Space Marine 2)
