Mostly this is only the case because you can't freely target either this or Innocent Blood

Box decks like this tend to do very well, and the deck this guy reminds me most of is the old Lost Zone Box deck that once dominated the meta

Even if you choose not to play a Tamer, your opponent can still use this cards effect to play a Tamer of their own
