Honestly, even though this isn't what I'd imagine the "optimal" Pend Yosen deck looks like, it is a lot of fun and I might stick to using it on low ladder.

Currently on the Maybeboard:- Djinn Illuminatus for stretching out spells, mostly, so that you can incite both blue and red creatures in Surge of Zeal This deck isn't super cheap, but only a handful of the cards actually cost more then 2.00, and Prowess Shenanigans Prowess is wonderful as every spell that isn't a creature spell can cause it to trigger
I tend to play with animations off just because it's faster and there aren't really many animations worth mentioning
