It's a Standard legal set, the first Universes Beyond product to be playable in (what is ostensibly) the game's main format
Characters enter play exerted they arrive with the ink not yet dry, meaning they cannot Quest or Challenge on the turn they are played
Players will be able to choose from two different starter decks one with cards from the Amber and Emerald ink types, featuring cards from the likes of Peter Pan and 101 Dalmatians, and another with cards from the Ruby and Sapphire ink colours that will contain Moana and Scrooge McDuck themed cards
This is an official route for enthusiastic players to take tests about rules, and then judge at events when calls about rules are needed
A transforming double-faced card enters with its front face up by default, unless a spell or ability instructs you to put it onto the battlefield transformed or allows you to cast it transformed, in which case it enters with its back face up
With fewer foils per pack and less data from others on just foils, the data to work with is a little looser for them
