They only tap for one mana but they're certainly a step up from tapland alternatives like Evolving Wilds
Five mana for a not-as-flexible Generous GiftGenerous Gift is a terrible rate, especially with three pips, and the tacked-on recursion for artifacts and enchantments is unlikely to hit anything impactful if you're not fully dedicated to artifacts and enchantments, at which point you still have to recast whatever it is that you get back
Conversely, the green version is a lot less desirable

This deck would absolutely benefit from an Otawara, Soaring CityOtawara, Soaring City and a Boseiju, Who EnduresBoseiju, Who Endures if you happen to own them as well, but the lands in this deck were already pricey enough for my taste
