Before Kaito even gets ramped up, his lower-level effects are still useful to add tokens the player's side of the board
There are three primary ways to win with tokens: You attack with enough creature tokens that your opponent cant possibly hope to block them all, You pair your token generation with Mirkwood Bats, Impact Tremors, Zulaport Cutthroat, and similar effects that drain your opponents life total as your tokens enter and leave the battlefield, or You have sacrifice outlets that let you cash in tokens to kill blockers and/or drain your opponents life, like Goblin Bombardment
Costing four generic and two white, it synergises incredibly well with lifegain, something white does best
Put up to one of them on top of your library and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order
If you copy a creature or other permanent spell, the resulting copy will enter the battlefield as a token
Maybe the authors get paid by the word for writing them
